had a tough night
woke up in the middle of the night as i was lack of breath
i can breathe but the oxygen wasnt enough
whenever i tried to take in deeper breath, i felt tightness around my heart area
after awhile there was suddenly a crack sound and i can breathe normally

does this happens to everyone?
